@xdunlapx Ur very rite! alot vids i have seen they always talk bout a raw food diet at the end of a vid.. i feed my pup Blue Buffalo and he seems to like it and hes very healthy now:)
@TinselWhiskers I hate it when people push the raw food diet. My dog refuses to eat raw food of any kind. It’s not for everybody. I feed Taste of the Wild and my dog loves it!
@johnnyizbetterthanu2 It used to be a good food as far as commercially prepared foods go but they have sold out to Procter & Gamble. Now it’s junk. Just home cook for your dogs and cats and feed raw. It’s not hard to learn how to do this safely. You’ll save money and your pets will reap the benefits in improved health and vitality.
I have two springer spaniels both females. I switched them to meat from dog food.
My lawn is now beautiful because they no longer have acid in their pee.
Their poop comes out white and turns to powder before you can pick it up. My neighbor asked if I brushed their teeth. (like I’d do that) Their ears have no oil or wax build up. Vet told me they were in perfect condition. I’ll never buy dog food again.
@sheehan345 i wouldnt feed that to termites. its very bad, and you’d be surprised at what by-product contains. hollistic, natural, or organic is the healthier route to go, or a raw diet. if you go to a superstore and purchase a 16 dollar bag of pedigree, purina, iams, or any other such dog foods. the actual product you are paying for is about a 6th of that bag. so in reality your wasting money, the other 5/6 of that bag are the harmful filler’s that costs dogs their lives later down the road.
@dasaxophonist That is ridiculous. A wolf and dog are the same anatomically. Raw is the best diet for a dog. How would you like to only eat dry processed food and never have anything fresh. Most people eat like crap. Lots of processed food. No wonder they have no qualms about feeding crappy kibble to their dogs.
Nature intended dogs who are descended from wolves to eat raw meat. That includes organ meat and bones. Read about the “raw meaty bones” diet. Google it or read the book. I know it is not possible for everyone to afford to feed their dog that way especially if you have a big dog. At least feed your dog a wholesome organic grain free food and supplement with raw as you are able.
I feed Taste of the Wild and I like it a lot. I actually have eaten a kibble before, tastes fine to me. Yes, I am crazy. <3

@dasaxophonist Lol =) Yes, whole piglet. I admit I was very grossed out, but my dog LOVED it. It was only about 5 lbs, so, not too big. He did eat it all at once though
@Faustaao yeah i just dont feed my dog’s anything too far fetched. thats just me. and whole piglet you say? i hope he didnt eat all of that at once! i dont think I’ve seen a dog eat his weight in food before
@dasaxophonist Whether an animal is wild or not has no bearing on whether it deserves to have a natural diet or not, though. And you seem to buy into that myth that a raw diet will make a dog bloodthirsty and aggressive. This is simply ridiculous. I feed my 74 lb GSD mix a prey model raw diet. This includes various raw meats, bones and organs. He has even had whole piglet. He has never seen any of his meals alive. He does not make that connection. To him, his food comes from me and the freezer.
@Faustaao hey im not saying a dog needs human food. but giving a “domesticated” dog bloody meat is kinda grusem. I think i was talking to a person below in the comments before saying he gives his dog raw kidneys and livers, and such. I was just telling him that his dog isn’t a wild animal. Cause seriously when my dog gets mad that im late with his dinner, i dont want him thinking he can have me for supper
@dasaxophonist Dogs are classified as a subspecies of grey wolf. Their latin name is Canis Lupus Familiaris. They were domesticated and selectively bred for work, aesthetic appearance, size and shape. Their digestive systems have not changed. And look at their teeth.
@sheehan345 Yep, Iams is all grain and no meat. Check the ingredient panel.
RAW, dogs scientific name is Canis Lupus just like the Wolf..they are wolves and their DNA differs by 2%
what about diamond pet food?
