i was shocked that this video even talks about cutting the pink part of the cats nails. i have heard from a lot of sources to never do this and cut several millimeters away from it, cutting those blood vessels can be very painful for a cat.

I thought my cat was used to me touching his feet… but as soon as I started clipping his nails he is no longer comfortable and now he pulls away everytime I try to do it.

I usually try to do it fast while he’s in deep sleep. Usually he will be too tired to care.

The towel might be a good idea, though.
